Returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

Under no circumstances will non-stock items be accepted for return or exchange. No special order products will be accepted as returns.

No returns on sanitary ware. Customer is responsibility in ensuring correct sizes ordered and fitted.

No cash refunds. A bank transfer will be processed within 10 working days. If payment made by card then refund can be given back to card.

Customers are to check all materials purchased and delivered/collected prior to fixing as no claims will be entertained once products have been fitted.

No claim for loss or breakage can be entertained if goods are signed for as being complete and in good condition.

Orders accepted and promises of delivery given are conditional upon our being able to secure the necessary materials and we are absolved from responsibilities for delays arising through risks and uncertainties or manufacturer strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

Regrettably, our drivers lack insurance coverage for transporting large items onto private premises. Your order will be delivered to the closest accessible kerbside location instead.

Deliveries will be made to accessible front doors or the nearest outside access point.
